The Goodbye
One of my all-time favorite pieces is The Farewell of Telemachus and Eucharis by Jacques-Louis David. Becuase of my love of this pieces composition and emotional intensity, I studied the scene in detail to capture both the mood and the structure. I proceeded to reimagine it, infusing my original characters and unique style into the piece. To which I can only hope I did it justice.
